Alaska Garden Gourmet Culinary Tour

Spend a few hours tasting your way through Skagway with this fabulous culinary tour. Your tour begins at your ship where you board your motorcoach.

Your narrated tour winds through Skagway to the historic Skagway Inn, home to “Paradise Alley” the center of the city’s historic red light district.

At the Inn, start with a scavenger hutn for edibles in this award winning kitchen garden using cue cards. Bring your ingredients to Olivia’s Restaurant where you’ll have the opportunity to cook what you found. Don’t eat a big lunch before coming on this tour in order to save room for your homecooked feast!

A typical meal includes exotic baby greens, smoked salmon pasta, fresh halibut chowder, and baked Alaska. Depending on what’s available, the menu will change. If you are over 21, enjoy wine pairings with the meal. Also available is Alaska roasted coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages. You may take the recipes home to impress your family and friends!
