All Aboard the White Pass & Yukon Route for the railroad adventure of a lifetime! Built in 1898 during the Klondike Gold Rush, this narrow gauge railroad is an International Historic Civil Engineering Landmark, known as the “Scenic Railway of the World!”

Experience the breathtaking panorama of mountains, glaciers, gorges, waterfalls, tunnels, trestles and historic sites from the comfort of vintage parlor cars. During your fully narrated excursion you will see Bridal Veil Falls, Inspiration Point, Dead Horse Gulch and the original Klondike “Trail of ‘98”.

The train connects at Fraser, British Columbia with a deluxe motorcoach for a fully narrated “road” perspective on Tormented Valley and Pitchfork Falls enroute to Liarsville and the Red Onion Saloon.

At the foot of the White Pass, nestled beside a waterfall, discover Liarsville Gold Rush Trail Camp and Salmon Bake. Here a cast of sourdoughs and dance hall girls will entertain you with a hilarious melodrama and a poem by the “Bard of the North,” Robert Service, and teach you the art of gold panning! Then, you’re set free in the Liarsville gold fields, where you are guaranteed to find that precious metal that drove men and women wild with gold fever! Head for the barbecue for a freshly grilled filet of wild Alaskan salmon, baked chicken and a variety of salads, side dishes and dessert. After lunch, enjoy authentic exhibits of Liarsville and have your picture taken with one of the dance hall girls or the camp’s lovable mascot, an Alaskan husky.

The tour continues on to the world famous Red Onion Saloon, through the historic streets of Skagway where once dance halls and saloons abounded. Arriving at the Red Onion, the madams will throw you a private party in the prestigious upstairs brothel. Enjoy champagne and dessert as you are entertained by incredible tales of the girls who used to work in these historic rooms! You will see the priceless nickel silver dress worn by one of the Onion’s first Madams. Embrace the true spirit of 1898 and sign on for the experience of a lifetime.
