Wilderness Sea Kayaking Adventure
Enjoy a nice relaxing day paddling in the Pacific Ocean around Sitka, Alaska.
Your guides will meet you where you tender docks and you will then be outfitted with waterproof gear and a life jacket. You will then take a short trip on an inflatable, motorized Seahawk to the kayak base camp. Here, in this beautiful cove, you will learn how to safely maneuver in the kayaks. Each kayak is a double, fitting two people. Next, you will be separated into groups of four to six kayaks.
Your guides will lead you as you paddle through the Pacific Ocean. They will point out marine life, birds and fish and tell you about the area. Once you return to the kayak base, enjoy a hot beverage and snack before returning to your ship.
