Eagle Islands Sea Kayaking

Here’s your chance to paddle in the Tongass National Forest. Your tour begins with a narrated drive to a remote waterfront property.

Your guides will greet you, get you geared up and teach you bout the basics of kayaking as well as how to be safe on the water. Your tandem kayak seats two and you’ll board it and paddle out to the Eagle Islands. These protected waters will allow you to learn about the area while paddling.

Keep your eyes open for eagles, seals and salmon. For those who have kayaked before and can handle a single kayak, this option is provided. Please note that single kayaks are less stable than doubles and have a higher risk of capsizing so participants must be experienced.
