Exclusive Photo Tour

Are you an avid photographer? If so, you've probably been frustrated on many a tour.....you get your camera set up, ready for the perfect shot, and the guide yells out...."time to go, back on the bus!"

This four hour tour is for photographers, the emphasis is on photography, and the tour is led by a local, professional photographer. You'll have ample time to get the shots you're after. Group size is limited, so there won't be a big crowd in front of your viewfinder. The guide will help select the locations and give tips on how to get the best shots. You don't need a fancy camera, just an interest in photography. Even a point and shoot will do! If you brought a tripod, multiple lenses and other equipment, by all means bring them on the tour. We have room in the van for photo gear!

The emphasis is flexibility. Depending on the time of year, different locations in the Chilkat Valley boast different photographic highlights. Your guide has scouted out all the best areas and knows where to take you.

Maybe it's a field filled with shooting stars in bloom, a young bald eagle exercising its wings for its first flight, Stellar's sea lions chasing smelt up the Chilkoot River, brown bears feeding on pink salmon....the opportunities are endless. You'll even have a chance to enjoy a snack along the way.
