Rainforest Ropes & Zip Challenge
Enjoy a different view of Ketchikan as you go soaring through the forest canopy. Your tour starts with a scenic, narrated drive out of downtown to a waterfront property.
Here, your guide will walk you to the base camp where you will gear up and receive safety instructions. Ascend into the trees across suspended logs, rope bridges and swinging steps to the zipline platforms. Then, let gravity pull you through the ziplines in the old growth cedars.
Next, head over to the climbing town and put your skills to test. Whether it’s a difficult climbing surface or the spiral stairway to the zipline platform, there is something fun for everyone.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
- Minimum age to participate on this tour is 11 years old.
- Participants must be at least 4’10” and weight between 70 lbs and 285 lbs to ensure proper fit of safety harness.
- Closed-toed shoes required.
- Tour order may vary.
- Very active shore excursion.
- Belay lanyard with dual carabineers, seat harnesses lanyard connection carabeiner, helmet, steel carabineers, pulleys, lightweight rain gear are provided.
